Busted Cupcakes
Ah, it sort of pains me to write this. Remember the last time I made cupcakes and they turned out like this?
Well, my foray into homemade funfetti cupcakes (Kman’s favorite!) on Friday night was a complete and utter fail. I know everyone has their moments where they totally butcher a recipe, but man oh MAN…it hasn’t happened to me in a while so I was more than a little shocked. Especially since I was using a good recipe! Anyways, I’ll spare you the grisly details and instead let the pictures do the talking.
Only upside to my baking fiasco on Friday night? Having my computer in the kitchen so I could watch the Real Housewives of New York reunion and Pretty Little Liars.
That and a nice big glass of wine to wash down the taste of the god awful buttercream frosting.
Oh well, since this was baking rock bottom, my next creation is going to be a total winner compared to this!

How could you throw those out!? They didn’t look THAT bad…love cupcakes, it pained me to see them go in the trash haha
hahaha they were NOT good. i couldn’t bear to keep them around. it was a reminder of how yucky they were!
I agree that it hurt to see them thrown out. Just eat them in the dark while you watch a movie
